- 2 Pack Plant Tea - Handcrafted Nutrient Brew for Houseplants — $18.00
Plant Tea is a gentle, small‑batch botanical tonic crafted to boost soil life and support steady, healthy plant growth. Made from a natural blend of worm castings, kelp, alfalfa, bone meal, and trace minerals, this dry mix brews into a fresh, microbe‑rich “tea” your plants will love. Steep one packet in water for 24–48 hours to activate beneficial microbes, strain, and water your plants for improved root strength, better soil health, and vibrant foliage. Perfect for repotting recovery, stressed plants, and routine monthly care.

Our Story
It started with a single neon queen pothos on my kitchen windowsill in Oshkosh and a stubborn belief that more people deserved to feel that quiet thrill of a new leaf unfurling. One plant became a shelf, then a booth, and by 2026 Bowenstreet Market gave all those plants and plant-inspired treasures a proper home at booth 53. Somewhere along the way I realized the joy was never just the plants themselves; it was handing someone a cutting and watching them start their own little green story.
Our Specialties
The Potted Apothecary specializes in houseplants and plant-inspired treasures, from unusual finds like Red Anne Fittonia and Neon Queen Pothos to succulents potted in playful ceramics such as Shreck Ears Gnome Pots and Snow White Unicorn Mugs. Alongside the greenery, we craft plant care goods like our 2 Pack Plant Tea nutrient brew and accessories such as Spice Tin Air Plant Magnets and Plant Squad Plant Stake Pennants. It's a booth built for plant lovers, where jewelry, coloring books, and vintage cactus prints round out a collection cultivated with heart. We also host fun plant pop-up events in Oshkosh and surrounding areas, so if you're interested in hosting Plant Bingo in your community, feel free to reach out.
Our Process
We source our plants from a reputable local greenhouse that specializes in hard-to-find varieties. We rely on them because they grow in premium soil and maintain proper nursery conditions, which keeps bug problems to a minimum.
Our Values
It comes down to the simple joy of watching something grow: a plant on a windowsill, a handmade treasure passed from one pair of hands to another. We care about keeping things rooted and real, and every plant and little creation here is our way of honoring the makers, the history, and this plant community that keeps us all blooming. We are also passionate about sustainability and supporting other small businesses.
