1. Store Information

Bowenstreet Market is a multi-vendor antique and vintage mall located at 2837 Bowen St, Oshkosh, WI 54901. Our hours are Wednesday–Friday 10am–6pm and Saturday–Sunday 10am–4pm. We are closed Monday and Tuesday.

2. All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Online item purchases and all shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Each item is sold by an independent vendor. Please review item details and shipping costs carefully before purchasing.

3. Item Condition & Descriptions

Items sold at Bowenstreet Market are primarily vintage, antique, or handcrafted. As such:

Items may show signs of age, wear, or patina consistent with their history
Descriptions and photos are provided by individual vendors and represent their best effort
We do not guarantee the authenticity, provenance, or age of any item unless explicitly stated by the vendor
If you have questions about an item's condition, please contact us before purchasing

4. Pricing

All prices are set by individual vendors and are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed online reflect the current in-store price at the time of viewing. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

5. Online Orders

Items may be purchased through our online shop:

Online checkout is completed through Square
Pickup orders are held for customer pickup after staff prepares them
Select vendors now offer shipping for their own items
Each vendor who offers shipping handles all packaging and shipping for their own items
Items from different vendors cannot be combined into one shipment; each vendor has their own shipping and handling policies, fees, and processing times
If ordering from multiple vendors, shipping and handling charges must be paid for each vendor's shipment

6. Payment

Online orders are paid by card through Square. In-store purchases are completed at our register, where we accept major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and contactless payments. Gift cards purchased in-store may also be used when supported by the checkout workflow.

7. Vendor Independence

Bowenstreet Market operates as a venue for independent vendors. Each vendor is responsible for their own inventory, pricing, and item descriptions. Bowenstreet Market is not the seller of any item and acts solely as the marketplace operator.

8. Liability

Bowenstreet Market is not liable for:

Item defects, damage, or misrepresentation by vendors
Lost or stolen orders after pickup or delivery
Items that become unavailable before the paid order can be fulfilled
Any injury or damage occurring on the premises (see our in-store posted policies)

9. Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to process orders, including contact details and shipping address when shipping is selected. We do not sell, share, or distribute customer information to third parties. Contact information is used to confirm orders, coordinate pickup, and support vendor-managed shipping.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
